Can I place a new order with the same mold?
Short answer: You can order as many units as the mold life allows by paying a small machine set up fee that covers for the labor needed to set up the machine (changing the mold and cleaning up the plastic nozzle/barrel/hopper for a new batch).
Long answer: The mold life should have been established during the purchase of the mold. Aluminum molds, usually used for prototype batches, allow for no more than a couple to a few thousand units. The industry standard mold made from P20 steel usually has a very long life of over 100,000 depending on the size, complexity, volume, and other aspects related to the product.
Keep in mind that the unit price is subject to slight change according to aspects such as: current petrol prices, machine setup, shipping, and others.
