About Injection Molding
At Jaycon, the value added to any of our services is that we understand manufacturing from the design phase. It's no different with injection molding — we ensure your files are designed for manufacturability, while minimizing appearance of certain standard markings, such as ejector pin marks, gate marks, and parting lines. We also assist you in the choice of material and surface finish based on the product application while helping you establish a reasonable timeline and quality control system.
DELIVERABLES: Finished injection molded units
AVAILABLE SERVICES: Mold tooling, plastic injection molding, box assembly, packaging, hardware/part sourcing, post-processing operations (electroplating, heat transferring, screen printing, ultrasonic welding, hot stamping)
Injection Molding Services

Mold Tooling
We work with both P20 steel for large runs (5,000 or more) and aluminum for smaller runs of less than 5,000 units.

Plastic Injection Molding
Our network of reliable suppliers allow us to scale production with our clients’ needs — from a few hundred to millions of units.

Post Processing
Whether you need ultrasonic welding, overmolding, screen printing, or more — we got you covered.

Box Assembly + Packaging
We do more than manufacturing — we ensure your units are properly assembled, packaged and ready to be shipped to the end user.

Jaycon was an incredible partner to have while launching our first hardware product. I asked for an impossible production schedule, and they got it done. This was followed by an on time launch of our first hardware product, so we couldn’t be happier. Jaycon is fast, reasonably priced, and high-quality. This was a 5-star experience without question.
